I design Products, Experiences, Furniture, Lighting and Spaces.

I’m Leo Leitner, a freelance industrial designer based in London, originally from Constance, Germany. My path into design wasn’t planned – it started in my parents’ car workshop, my grandfather’s carpentry, on construction sites, band rooms, and during an apprenticeship in the automotive industry at Mercedes in Stuttgart, before I went on to study Product Design at Central Saint Martins.

I previously worked as a senior designer at Industrial Facility with Sam Hecht and Kim Colin, and as creative director at Future Facility, where I led the design and development of tech-focused projects. Along the way, I’ve contributed to patents, designed for companies including Herman Miller, Google, Fitbit, Asus, Mattiazzi, Wästberg, Thonet, &Tradition, and +Halle, and served as a judge for the iF Award.

🖖I don’t write about myself in third person, sorry – not sorry.
